RULES!
1. No Pure breeds, please have at least 4 breeds mixed into you cat.
2. No odd colors, inside the ears, the nose, and pawpads is fine, but no pink/blue fur coats.
3. No Powers.
4. No wings.
5. No talking to humans.
6. Domesticated felines only, no big cats (Or big cat looking cats.)

They live in New York City, and being such they are going to be using Taxi's, railways, and the kind hearted soles of Itallian restruants
They will also be fighting rival gangs at times, this is something I'm trying to incorporate
